Brazilian chocolates for the 2014 World Cup

Yesterday I saw in the grocery store a new box for the Soccer World Cup. The yellow box is the most favorite chocolate in Brazil. Made by Garoto Chocolates used to be the preferred gift box in my childhood. The largest manufacturers in the South America, Garoto exports all over the world.

Fuleco is the mascot of the Brazilian World Cup

This box has 400g (14 oz) of mixed chocolates. White, dark, truffles, crispy, etc. My choice in this box? Serenata de Amor (Serenade of Love) which is a creamy cashew-nut filled center surrounded by crunchy wafer and double layer chocolate.

"Garoto. Always Garoto."
Garoto means boy in English.

Garoto is the official chocolate for the 2014 World Cup.

  1. Did you know they also have ice cream now? *.*
Same flavour as the chocolates in the box: Talento, Baton, Opereta, Sonho de Valsa...
